Furnishings package options
Full Service Interior Design – we take care of every single detail for our full service design clients!
This service starts with an initial consultation in your home ($399 due on or before the consultation). We take all the measurements and photos of your space, talk about your desires for the space, your personal style, then we get started on coming up with a proposal for you! We return to our studio to make a proposal for your specific project – laying out you deliverables, services we will provide, and our design fees for the project. We also love to throw in a few inspiration images too into the proposal! We will meet with you in person or virtually to go through your proposal and answer any of your questions. Once you say “let’s go!”, we invoice design fees and get to work! Next, we have you come into our studio to sit test furniture, see samples of fabrics, and approve the design. From there you sit back and relax while our team orders, tracks, receives shipments, inspects furniture, coordinates delivery, and performs the installation of all the products into your space. All you have to do is walk into the room and enjoy!
Design fees for this service are calculated based on square footage & hours required by our team.
Cost of furnishings will be discussed with you based on averages that we see for individual spaces and the size of your room(s). Design fees are separate from the cost of the actual products.
**Costs of full service interior design service for whole homes will be determined based on scope of the project**
Studio Sessions for Furnishings – come to our studio with measurements and photos of your space! We will help design a piece or two of furniture right there with you! Studio sessions start at $699
If furniture order exceeds $5,500 (pre-tax) – a credit of $200 is applied to your invoice! For the $200 credit to be applied, the order and payment of furniture must occur within 7 days of the studio session appointment.
