This beautiful main floor renovation in Leawood, Kansas had a couple of goals… Frist, make it cozy. The vast openness of the this room felt sterile and the family wanted more defined spaces. Second, make it feel warmer and “older” like that of family homes they were raised in.
Project scope included a brand new kitchen, a custom banquette for the eating area, new stone fireplace, new built in book shelves, and new furnishings throughout.
