This Leawood, Kansas main floor renovation updated the many outdated elements in the home including the staircase and foyer, the living room, the powder bathroom, and the kitchen and breakfast room. Then upstairs, we renovated the primary bathroom for these empty-nesters!
The fireplace was brought up to date with a new cast mantle and we repainted the entire living room.
The foyer got a major remodel with a custom iron railing, new stair end caps, new stair carpets, and we adding a lot of molding to the foyer on the curved walls!
The powder bathroom got some super classy grass cloth wallpaper in a neutral color palette to pair with the gorgeous marble floating sink vanity!
The kitchen features beautiful Taj Mahal quartzite with a mitered edge on the island and a full height backsplash behind the range.
