Starting in the primary bedroom…
A new plaster fireplace in the primary bedroom along with all new furnishings… custom bed, custom chair and ottoman, new nightstands, lamps, and original artwork on either side of the bed.
Primary bathroom…
A reeded glass shower door enclosure on the primary shower, with classic tile design and Waterworks un-lacquered brass shower system.
An un-lacquered brass tub filler, beautiful Jeffrey Court basket weave mosaic marble floor tile, with custom ottoman and custom roman shade softening the space.
Guest bathroom…
Fireclay tile was used on the shower walls, while a customized small hex floor tile pattern and coloring was used on the floor! We again used Waterworks un-lacquered brass on our plumbing fixtures in this guest bathroom. Our cabinetry is white oak with custom stain color and reeded cabinet front details.
Guest bedroom…
Custom chair and ottoman are nestled in the corner along with custom window treatments in both a roman shade style and drapery.
The living room… boasts beautiful original french doors on the front of the home, along with custom blue/gray sofa, large arched metal cabinet, and traditional armed chairs. The living room also features a dry bar with custom cabinets and a natural soapstone countertop and full height backsplash.
The dining room…
The kitchen… this kitchen already had a stone backsplash, but we limewashed the stone to soften the color of the stone. The result was perfect stone texture as a backdrop to this new, but nod to historic kitchen.
The mudroom…
