This kitchen, breakfast nook, and powder bath remodel project was located south of the plaza off Ward Parkway in Kansas City, Missouri. This charming home with a small kitchen footprint, needed updated for both aesthetic and functionality reasons. We used both walnut cabinetry and painted inset cabinetry in this kitchen – this stunning combination is a great pairing for an older home.
We also incorporated features like a dutch door, marble countertops with a full height backsplash, a decorative marble mosaic tile behind the range, and a beautiful mix of both brass and polished nickel.
The project name came from the powder bath wallpaper that includes plums in the design! 🙂
